Dear Rabbi Freeman:
I have just encountered your responses to questions regarding Jewish beliefs and practices, and have so far enjoyed your comments. I am not Jewish but have spent numerous hours in the last few months studying the world's great religions and find Jewish history intriguing. Your website appears to contain answers to questions that have occured to me during my adventure in Jewish research.
Thank you for your contribution to further understanding. I believe that all of us, whether Jewish, Christian, Muslim or whatever, throughout the world should learn as much as possible about, and gain appreciation of, others' beliefs. In this way, perhaps some day the turmoil that we see and hear about every day can subside.

Dear Rabbi Tzvi : Thanks for the wonderful wisdom and artistry that you demonstrate in your writing, it isn't just informational but inspirational and entertaining. I was reading in the book of Daniel about how God "gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning..." to the four young men (Daniel 1:17). Reading your work has assured me that God still imparts that gift on some (and to those that ask for it and diligently pursue it) for the benefit of the whole. My complements on a piece that you wrote called "Fallen Sparks". I connected to it because I've been a little "fallen spark" too. While reading it, I actually had a good healing kind of cry! May God continue blessing the work of your hands and I look forward to continue reading your work.
God Bless!

I have been studying buddhism for a long time and I find that many of your insights are directly taken from Buddhist teachings, my question is : Why should we talk about buddhism whe we are here to learn Judaism? thaty the main reason I joined the site of Chabad. TO learn jewish teachings. Fire against Fire is the Buddhist Principle of Meditation to conquer the mind and thoughts, to use one powerful thought to overule the wandering mind.

I am not Jewish, but I know that our Jewish people are a light unto the world. I think these messages you send out every day are amazing. They are one of the messages that I look for first going through over 30 emails a day. Sometimes they are so 'deep' that I have to go to 'Ask A Rabbi' just to understand what I've read about 10-15 times. I love reading these messages every day. I pray you Never Stop posting them!! Coming to you with love.

I am not Jewish but try to follow Jewish law as a Christian. I have learned more here in a few days then I have learned in church. Because of your wisdom and perspective my family is stronger. I would also like to say on a side note to kosher dietary laws I think a good reason for it might be the health aspect. I lost 20 pounds on it, I feel great! Though I have to confess I do cheat on taco night:(
