It was in 1950, after we had completed our army service. At first we lived in
tents, in the middle of a barren wilderness. At that time, there were not yet
water pipes reaching our moshav. We had to content ourselves with what could be
grown in dry rugged fields.

great if we could find places like this in Israel today. What a great story, and we hope the mochiach will come in our day and we all we observe the laws of the land

The hand and power of G-d is in all things; this is an amazingly wonderful story to share on shmitah.

This article is one of the best examples I've seen of faith. We have had divine commandments to follow and we are promised blessings if we obey. This story is very encouraging to me as a modern-day fulfillment of G-d's promises. Thank you!

GOD is so Awesome. I love how he is even today showing his people the right way. This is a very encouraging message and I would love to know if there are any other stories like this.
