This true, however,
God told them that they would die!! This was their punishment Death, and they did die. Satan told them they would not die. That they would be like God.

Did G-d actually walk with Adam in the Garden of Eden? Is there any metion of G-d and Adam walking in the Garden of Eden?

RE: Serpent
The primordial snake was indeed the embodiment of Satan.

I should, however, point out that Judaism has a view of Satan which may be different from what you are used to.

See Is there any sort of Purgatory or Satan in Jewish teachings? for more on this topic.

Where Do They Come From?
Cain feared that other men would kill him if it were revealed that he had murdered his brother. What other men does he speak of if Adam and Eve were the only humans alive before he was born? Did God create other humans besides Adam and Eve and hold them accountable for Adam and Eve's sin? Do all men truly descend from Adam?

Serpent
When wefirst read about the serpent, I picture a snake; but then God casts some type of spell on the serpent and it turns into a snake. What was the serpent before it became a snake? Also, if Adam and Eve were the only humans, who wrote the Bible and how did he/she/they find out about Adam and Eve and all that happened.

The original serpent in the Garden of Eden had a different anatomy than the snakes we know today. It was a creature with legs that stood and walked upright. There was no spell cast over it. Rather, G-d punished the snake for convincing Eve to eat fruit from the forbidden Tree of Knowledge by removing its legs. Since then, the snake has had to slither along on the ground.

The Bible was written by Moses, or rather, transcribed by him. G-d dictated to him and he wrote as a scribe does, not changing one word.

THE GARDEN OF EDEN
The story of creation in Genesis is heavily symbolic. Adam and Eve were not the first human beings, but the progenitors of Judaism and the Jewish race. They lived in the late Bronze/early Iron Age around 3770 BCE. There were many humans in existence at the time (and some gone extinct), but no human is complete without the Spirit of G-d, which Adam and Eve received. Thus, Gentiles derived from simians as says science (the sons of Belial), but Jews derived directly from G-d (the Sons of Light). The fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil is death, because man decides for himself what is good and what is evil. The fruit of the tree of life is eternal life with G-d, because it yields righteousness, i.e. to do as G-d commands without question, even though it may make no sense to us. The serpent is human nature. Eve's sin was to doubt G-d. Adam's sin was to prefer his wife to G-d. Note that as sin proliferated in the world, the serpent became a great dragon.

Genesis
I disagree with John Stephens on the gentiles not having G-d light in them. In the beginning there were no Jews. God created man. We all descend from Adam and down through Noah. God seperated the "chosen people" as a nation to bring reunification...to redeem mankind to Him through that nation. G-d continually states that the Jews are stiff necked and that Tyre and Sidon will receive his grace because they wiull listen to him (gentiles). What counts in the end is obedience to G-d...faith.
