Thank you, Eric; we are now learning to sing it in Hebrew and English. I also found some nice versions on itunes which help.
By the way, as a new user I love the website, but I am having difficulty downloading some files. I gea messages saying I need to have Windows Media installed, but I do! - and it's the latest version. Am I just being dim?

Here's a translation:
Chag Purim, Chag Purim, Chag Gadol l'yehudim
Purim holiday, purim holiday, a great holiday for the Jews
Masechot, rashanim, shirim v'rikudim
Masks, groggers, songs and dances

As a teacher in a non-Jewish school where we are learning about Judaism, I would love to teach the children this great song, but what do the words mean in English? can anyone help
