Simchas Torah Crackers

125 g chocolate
100 g shortening
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons whipped topping

Brake the chocolate and put in the microwave for 5 minutes in medium heat. In a mixer, beat shortening, sugar and vanilla extract. Add egg and beat more. Pour in the melted chocolate. In a separate bowl mix flour and salt and add it to the mixture alternating with the whipped topping. Mix well. Form the letters and put them in pan to bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. It can also be baked in the microwave for 40 seconds on high power.
