8 small red apples
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
2 packages red jello

Peel the apples leaving the stem on. Place them in a pot. Put in sugar, water, cinnamon and jello. Boil it for 30 minuter on a low fire. Let it cool for 6 hours. Place each apple in a separate bowl, dividing the jello between the bowls.
Serve cold.
