Pineapple Flower Bouquet

Pineapple Flower Bouquet

You will need:

  • Grapes
  • Blueberries
  • Pineapple
  • Cantaloupe
  • Skewers
  • Vase
  • Flower-shaped cookie cutter

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice the pineapple into rounds.
  2. Press down sharply with the cookie cutter in each round, creating the flower.
  3. Push the grapes and blueberries onto the skewer and top each one with a pineapple flower.
  4. For the flower centers, use either blueberries or cantaloupe. For the cantaloupe, use a melon baller to get the right shape. Attach the cantaloupe using a toothpick (cut the toothpick so it fits).
  5. Fill the base of the vase with loose grapes. Arrange the flowers in the vase.
  6. Refrigerate until serving.

Hi Racheli,

Unfortunately, it would be problematic to do it on the holiday itself.

Do this on yomtov?? Can we use cookie cutters on fresh fruit on the chag itself? Like to make a Shavuos themed food project with a group of children? They would be eating it right away. Reply
