Easy Menu

The meal plan we've prepared is a combination of Central-European and North-American recipes for your enjoyment!

Start with delicious Mixer Challah shaped in the traditional three-cornered hamantash way; for the first course the 'Steamed Whole Fish' is bound to impress your guests, it is simple to prepare and looks (and tastes of course!) great, accompanied with Broccoli and Cauliflower salad. Next comes a delicious Classic Chicken Soup with Basic Kreplach. For the third course, easy to make Chicken Wings and Mushroom and Rice casserole. And for dessert: Traditional Hamantashen.
