Tossed Salad


1 head lettuce
3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 Spanish onion
1 medium onion (optional)
2 carrots (optional)

Dressing:
4 tablespoons oil
2-4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

Peel and slice all vegetables into bowl. Mix dressing in separate cup and pour over salad. Toss thoroughly.
