gluten free cooking
As a mom of a celiac, This year's seder will have a lot more fresh vegetables and fruit than ever before. There are a cople of sites where you can order matzah that is gluten free but my daughter is jsut going to avoid the matzah as long as I avoid it in my cooking. the recipes at this site include potato Knadleich which I plana to use as a substitute for the good old fashioned matzah meal based ones. Good luck - It will bea challenge but first and formost is our children's health.
