The Staff
Your storytelling makes the story so much more real. Also,I'm most curious about the Staff. Do you know what verses from Scripture say that Adam had a staff and that it was passed down to Moses or is this from some Jewish tradition ? Thank You !!!

RE: The Staff
The staff’s history is recorded in the Midrash (Yalkut Shimoni; Shemot 168, Chukat 763) and some of it is seen in Scripture as well. For example (Genesis 32:11), Jacob tells G-d, “For with my staff I crossed this Jordan.” It is also the very same one which Judah gave Tamar (Genesis 38:18).
