Where do you get potato starch?

Potato Starch
If your local supermarket has a kosher for Passover section there should be potato starch there, otherwise you can order it online at kosher.com

Question
Can these be made ahead? Will they do alright if they're refrigerated?

re: Refrigerating
I've never tried this recipe so I'm not sure, I do think that if you reheat the puffs up at a high temperature they should be good.

Bones in food.
Please, I am new at everything Kosher. Why are the bones left in some foods, instead of taking them out?

Re: Bones
Welcome Debrah and feel free to ask away...Prepared foods do not necessarily have to have the bones left, are you referring to a specific food?

Matzo meal substitute
Does anyone know what to use to substitute matzo meal in a recipe during Pesach?

Substitute
This recipe calls for potato starch. Depending on what you need it for, it can be an alternative to matzah meal.

Make Ahead
Can I make these the evening before or that morning; refrigerate them and put in the oven just before the seder?

Answers
Hadassah: I've never tried that but I don't see why you should be able to do so...

Anonymous: Sure! You can substitute sweet potatoes, you may need to adjust the quantities of the other ingredients if the consistency is different.
