I've been listening all day to the Chanukah songs, I'm not Jewish, but I love everything about it. We us a family, keep the Shabbat and the festivals, and need all the help we can get. Thank you for your site Thank you again

I am not a Jewsh man but I am going to celebrate. I am a Christian and can understand some Hebrew. I find this song beautiful.
I really am enjoying this site! I like all of the terrific Chanukah recipies and especially for the latkas. I am using one for the first night. The music puts me in the spirit!
I am jewish and I love the site. Last year I heard the hanuca songs and this year as well. I specially love Haneiros Halalu, the most beautiful song of Hanuca. Congratulations.
I find comfort and joy in listening to the Yiddish songs, although I understand very little of the language.
I am jewish. This is the best haneiros hallalu melody I have ever heard. Deep!
it sounds very nice. I love it.
I am a Jew and celebrate Chanukah. My husband sings this song after we light the menorah and I love it every time he sings. He has a beautiful voice. I think it's a wonderful song and this is gorgeous because there are children singing it!
I am french and don't understand a single word but can feel all the joy in it.
My Great Grandmother emigrated from Germany. She spoke Yiddish, later on we found out she came from a devote Jewish family. I'm trying to found out a little about my past. So thanks.
I thought it might be nice to hear a traditional singing of HaNerot Halelu without the confusion of instrument in the background since that isn't how it sounds in a home or Shul. It would be even nicer if we could download lyrics for the song on the site. Happy Chanukkah!!!
Thank you for the audio. I, too, would like to see the lyrics on the site.
Thank you for having this beautiful arrangement for us all to hear and enjoy. You can really feel the wonder of this miraculous holiday when listening to these singers.
Thank you for sharing with us such beautiful songs and prayers!
Would prefer a less orchestral version so that I might learn the tune. Thanks for the words in Hebrew and English
Though it is difficult to learn the tune with this version, I love the arrangement !! I look forward to listening to it after the chanukah lighting. Thanks
first time heaing the melody reveals the Jewish spirt in song. thanks for sharing to the world.
Thanks so much for sharing this song. I have been listening to christmas music for the past week on some radio stations and called the station to find out if there was a way they could use some songs from other celebrations. Now I am able to send this to them and maybe they will share it with others. Shalom
May G-d bless you for enabling many of us to perpare us in performing all the proper prayers and traditions!
Thank you for sharing with the world

The song is very inspiring and the whole page looks like it will keep me busy learning for a while. Thanks for adding to my knowledge.
I really adore them. They are so dvinely comforting...
It would be great if there could be a less shlocky version up here so people could actually learn how to sing this with their families. It's a real shortcoming that year after year it's still the same overproduced multi-instrumental version instead of something where people could actually learn the melody properly.
Wonderful! Quite revealing... I adore them.
Don't your point. May be you where expecting other melody. But this is the Chabad nigun as it is sung on every Chabad shul around the world. Without orchestration but the choir is the same, may be not so beautiful voices. That's the way we do. Enjoy, bring friends, neighbors, family light your chanukia eat latkales, sufganiots let`s all together remove darkness and bring Mashiach
Can you also post a slower and non-instrumental version so that people can learn to sing it at home more easily?
Could you please make the audio quality better? As I think its rather poor.
Surprised about the orchestration guy - go elsewhere instead of getting disappointed year after year. I love this version and come back 2-3 times a week to listen to Jewish music.
This version is inaccessible to those who are unaccustomed to the song. It is a turn-off. The actual song doesn't start until 1:30 into it. I'm sorry, but I think this is typical of the parochialism that Jews show towards each other. You are so enamored of your own version you aren't thinking of what makes something, well, accessible, to newcomers or the unfamiliar. It's unfortunate. Despite being raised as a Jew, I've never heard this song and was seeking a good example I could sing in my house while I light my candles. Truly, a simpler version might be appealing to those like me. Thank you.
I would like to say thank you. we play this song every night and it is great

| For eight days the world glows a little bit brighter as giant outdoor Menorahs light up the night sky. These menorahs are placed by Chabad-Lubavitch organizations to help publicize the Chanukah miracle.
