A wonderful piece of wisdom. If we learn to take responsibility for our own actions, positive and negative, and accept the consequences, we are in a better position to learn and grow. You captured the import of "return" to self.

Sarah, your article brought me to tears. I'm deeply moved, not just by the way you distinguish the power of taking responsibility, but also by the sense of ever-present potential for full and complete reconciliation that you convey. I'm left feeling - "yes, if he can be forgiven, certainly I can." All I need to be is completely responsible, and desiring of return. Thank you for this inspiring piece of work!

Sarah, lucky for you you're married to a tzaddik (righteous man)! But lucky for him he's married to a tzedekis (righteous woman). Keep the inspirational pieces coming; we all need them.

Thank you for your words of inspiration in time for Rosh Hashanah! Not only did your atricle inspire in Teshuva and reconnecting with Hashem (G-d) but also in reconnecting with my husband and not blaming him for my moods.
