Discuss (1)A Boulder, Colo., Jewish center is bringing the world of gourmet kosher cuisine to the Rocky Mountains town, hosting a one-night culinary extravaganza with some of the best local chefs.
Chabad-Lubavitch of Boulder County’s Kosher Restaurant Night at the Millennium Harvest House Sunday night will feature such entrees as chicken breast roulade and shallot Cornish hen served to the musical accompaniment of Sheldon Sands and violinist Sandra Wong.
According to a posting on the Boulder Jewish News website, local chefs Ezra Cohen and Jessica Hersh collaborated on the menu.
“We’re working extremely hard to give the patrons a great experience,” said Cohen.
